Closed-testing terms
Draft closed-testing terms. Not an offer or a transport contract, and not in force until approved by the owner.
Not an active legal document.
Document status
Draft of 25 October 2026. These terms are not a public offer, a transport or forwarding contract, and are not in force until approved. Until they are approved, sending enquiries through the website form is switched off — please use info@logist-app.com.
What closed testing is
Logist is testing its apps for senders and carriers before commercial launch. Kazakhstan: closed testing. China and Russia: plan for developing international transport. Selecting these countries or border crossings in the app does not mean the routes are commercially available. Testing has no fixed end date.
Enquiries through the website
You can contact us through the website form once its sending is connected, or by email at info@logist-app.com. An enquiry is not a transport request or an order. It does not guarantee an invitation to testing and does not by itself give access to the apps. We usually reply to ordinary enquiries within 5 working days, using the contact you provide. Requests about your personal data are a separate case: they follow the statutory deadlines set out in the privacy policy, which also explains how enquiry data is processed and how long it is kept.
Access by invitation
Participants are added by the Logist team. Sign-in uses a personal one-time code with a limited validity period; the role (sender or carrier) is set by the invitation. Do not share the code or the account with others. The team may disable a test account if access has been passed to another person, in case of hacking attempts or abuse, if these terms are breached, when testing ends, or at the participant’s request.
Test orders and payment
There are no real shipments or payments in testing. Requests, quotes, selection and checkout are test operations: no real money is charged or paid out. A test order does not arrange a shipment. The platform markup in testing is a test rate, not an approved tariff.
Feedback and security
Report issues and questions to info@logist-app.com; the support page explains how to describe a problem. Never send passwords or invitation codes. We use participants’ feedback to improve the service. We publish feedback under a participant’s name only with their separate consent.
Changes and end of testing
These terms may change before approval. We notify participants of a planned end or pause of testing at least 7 calendar days in advance. If testing has to be stopped urgently for security reasons, we inform participants as soon as possible after the stop.
