Who processes the data

The owner and operator of the data is SRV CAPITAL, TOO, business identification number 260840027131; 10 Yelebekova Street, Medeu District, Almaty, 050010. The provider Hoster.kz takes part in processing: the website server runs on its VPS in Almaty, and its mail server transmits emails and keeps the info@logist-app.com mailbox. Enquiry data and technical logs are therefore held in Hoster.kz infrastructure and processed under its service terms. Questions about personal data: info@logist-app.com.

What data and why

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself: your role (sender or carrier), name, phone or email and, optionally, organisation, device, route of interest and comment. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and arrange participation in closed testing. The form is sent only with your consent tick. If you write to info@logist-app.com directly, the data in your email is processed for the same purposes.

How it is transferred and how long it is kept

When sending is connected, the website server passes your enquiry as an email to info@logist-app.com through the Hoster.kz mail server over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are not stored in a website database. Apart from the provider Hoster.kz, we do not pass them to anyone else, including carriers. To prevent abuse, the server keeps the time of the request and the IP address in memory for no longer than one hour and does not write them to disk. We keep the correspondence about an enquiry for 12 months after the last email and then delete it; we keep it longer only where there is a justified reason, and we document each such exception. [Not confirmed: the country where Hoster.kz stores the mail and its backups. The site has not yet been deployed to the server in Almaty.]

Analytics and cookies

This version of the site has no analytics and no third-party scripts. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts and images are loaded from this same site. See the cookies page for details.

Technical logs

The site itself records only service events without visitor data. Web server service logs may contain the IP address, time, page address and browser details. They are kept for no longer than 14 days and then deleted. [Time-based log deletion is not set up or tested yet: the site has not been deployed to the server. Until then the person responsible for processing checks the period manually.]

Your rights and deadlines for requests

You can ask whether we hold your data, what data and for how long; request correction, blocking or deletion; and withdraw your consent (Art. 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 on Personal Data and its Protection). Write to info@logist-app.com. Such requests follow the statutory deadlines, not the usual reply time for enquiries:

— information about your data, or a reasoned refusal, within 3 working days of receiving the request (para. 16 of the Rules for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data approved by Order No. 395/NQ of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21 October 2020; Art. 25(2)(6) and (7) of the Law);

— correction and supplementing on the basis of supporting documents, blocking where processing conditions were breached, deletion where processing was unlawful, within one working day (Art. 25(2)(8) of the Law);

— after you withdraw consent, we stop processing unless the law requires us to keep the data, or give a reasoned refusal, within 15 working days (Art. 8(7) of the Law).
